Health update
I know, I know, I’ve gotten behind on posting my workouts. I’ll catch up at some point but have started a second job as a professor of law so I’m a little short on time. I have a moderate-sized herniated disc at L5/S1 so I’m not doing any activities other than long walks. Yesterday I didn’t even do that.
